Our inventory still is very low.

There are only 39 homes for sale in the Ojai Valley, less than half of what we usually see.

The most affordable one is located at 920 Ventura Ave. 3 bed, 2 bath, 1340 sq. ft. with a lot of 6300 sq. ft. Listed at $675,000

The highest price property is located in Upper Ojai, Black Mountain Ranch, is a 7 bed 12 bath 25,661 sq. ft. with a lot of approx. 3600 acres. Listed at $100,000,000.

18 homes have been sold in September.

Highest price was $2,740,000,000. 805 Del Oro,  5 bed, 3.5 bath, 3681 sq. ft. with a lot of 1.7100 acres.

 lowest price was $600,000 1981 Country PL. 3 bed 2 bath, 1297 sq. ft. with a lot of 0.3100 acres.

Median price was $1,055,000 with an average of 46 days on the market.
