Market Update, April 2018
We just sold this lovely French Normandy Estate represented the buyer. 5587 square feet main house nestled among 4.5 acres of citrus trees.
In April, we have had a total of 16 homes sold in Ojai.
Market is picking up, our inventory is been increasing and we have 103 actives homes on the market. We are looking forward for a strong month in May.
The least expensive house was located at 206 Drown Avenue, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1332 Sq. Ft. with a lot size of 6500 Sq. Ft. Sold at $520,000 and was on the market for only 12 Days.
The most expensive house was located at 9599 Ojai Santa Paula Road, a beautiful Oak Ranch with 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, with 3064 square feet and a lot size of 34 acres sold at $3,800,000.
The average days on the market in our beautiful valley is 118 days with a median price of $885,000
