Homes Sold in Our Valley in January 2018
In January, we have had a total of 15 homes sold in Ojai.
Market has been a little slow due to the Thomas Fire, inventory has been also very low, only 70 homes so far on the market. We are looking forward for a strong February.
The least expensive house was located at 29 Kunkle Street in Oak View, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1280 Sq. Ft. with a lot size of 7275 Sq. Ft. Sold at $550,000 and was on the market for 83 Days.
The most expensive house was located at 620 Country Club Road, a lovely Spanish Style 4 bedroom, 3 bath, with 4523 square feet and a lot size over 3/4 of an acre sold at $2,787,000.
The average days on the market in our beautiful valley is 97 days.
